Ringlock scaffold can be divided into 48mm system and 60mm system. Standard is welded by rosette with eight hole that four small holes to connect ledger and another four larger holes to connect diagonal brace.

1.Ringlock scaffolding has few basic components, convenient erection and disassembly operations, high construction efficiency, saving construction period, and strong bearing capacity. This series can adapt to various structural constructions (easy assembly and saving construction period).
2.The entire product processing has to go through more than 20 procedures, and each procedure is carried out by a special machine to reduce the interference of human factors, especially the production of ledgers and standards, using automatic welding special machines to achieve high product accuracy and interchangeability. We use high-precision circular sawing machines to ensure the tubes are cut precisely. This allows for no visible gap between the tube connections, making the cross sections of our tubes are perfectly smooth.
3.Vertical Connection Tolerance is within 1.8mm
According to the test result, the loading can reach at least 94% when the maximum allowance is 1.8mm; whilst, if the other brand allowance is 3.0mm, the loading only can reach 50%. The higher the scaffold assembled, the less the loading can bear.
4.Vertical Deviation at 0.3%
It is on par with ACI 117-06, the permanent concrete structure which below 25.4m height, the vertical deviation need to be controlled within 0.3%, the less vertical deviation, the less influence on eccentric bending moment.
5.Strong performance, stable and reliable quality, not easy to crush deformation. Scaffolding joint is created by sliding the head into the rosette and inserting the wedge into one of the holes. This protects the component from falling out or shifting. By gently tapping the wedge with a hammer we create a rigid connection between the components. The latch has a self-locking function, which completely avoids unsafe factors during the operation.
6.GOWE ringlock scaffolding is mainly divided into national standard Q235 steel pipe and Q345B low-alloy structural steel pipe. The strength of low-alloy steel pipe is 1.5-2 times higher than that of ordinary carbon steel pipe of traditional scaffolding. The scaffolding using low-alloy steel pipe has high strength, light weight and resistance. Good corrosion, the anti-deformation, and the anti-stretching performance, high economic and social benefits.
7.The main components are made of hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology, which not only improves the service life of the product, but also provides a further guarantee for safety, while being beautiful and beautiful.
8.Due to the small amount and light weight, the operator can assemble more conveniently. Assembly and disassembly fees, transportation fees, rental fees, and maintenance fees will be saved accordingly. Generally, about one-third can be saved.
