➤ The lifting system adopts a forward-hanging circulation hoisting device➤ Consists of upper and lower hanging point truss, wall hanging parts, electric hoist, hoist sprocket set, adjusting basket bolts and adjusting springs.➤ The forward-hanging circulation hoisting device is to hang the main body of the electric hoist on the upper truss of the frame, the lower hook hangs on the lower truss, and the end of the chain is fixed on the wall hanging point. The electric hoist can be moved freely by circulating the chain.
Wall attached system : The wall-attached support is a connection attachment device between the frame body and the engineering structure. It has the functions of frame body load-bearing, lifting guidance, anti-overturning, and anti-falling. It is one of the most important components in the attached lifting scaffold.
The guide rail is connected with the vertical post through the M16 bolt, and the rear vertical post has a φ18 screw hole. Material: rail rod φ48.3*3.5 steel pipe, rear vertical post 50*50*4 square pipe.
The frame body vertical post connects the plain platform and the safety screen to bear and transmit the vertical load. Vertical post specifications is 4m and 6m; material is 50X50X3mm square tube.
The plain platforms are connected to the inner and outer vertical post to form a horizontal protection system of the frame. The plain platform width is 600mm, and the main length specifications are 2000mm,1500mm and 1000mm.
The kicker plate and the protection plate are made of 2mm patterned steel plate and are connected to the inner frame of the plain platform with M16 bolts. The protection plate is made of 2mm patterned steel plate, connected with the kicker plate by a steel hinge.
The diagonal brace is connected with the inner and outer vertical posts to form a frame structure to support the dead weight and live load of the plain platform and the safety scrreen. The inner side of the diagonal brace is connected with the vertical post, and the outside is connected with the plain platform frame and the outer vertical post.
The safety screen frame is 20*20*2 square tube, and the mesh is 0.7mm punched steel plate. Specification (m): 1*2 / 1*1.9 / 1*1.7
