Before the construction of the anti-collision guardrail, in accordance with the design documents, construction specifications, and related requirements:

 

1. Professional construction team: Arrange a construction team familiar with the requirements of anti-collision guardrails and have construction experience, identify an experienced professional engineer full-time responsible for construction management, and assign corresponding operators, quality inspectors, surveyors, and construction and migrant workers.

2. Dedicated template and equipment: it must be a brand-new shaped steel mold. The geometric dimensions of the template, the height difference of the joints, the inner wall of the template, etc. must be steel molds before the on-site use, and the geometric dimensions and joints of the template must be first used on the site. The height difference, the inner wall of the template, etc. shall be assembled and checked. If it does not meet the design requirements of the drawings and specifications, it shall not be used; the road and bridge multifunctional machine.

3. Special inspection: special inspection forms are used for the construction of anti-collision guardrails. Each section shall establish special record files including elevation, centerline, section, steel bar installation, concrete construction, linear roundness, photos, etc., as required. The records are complete, the test results are correct, and they are organized and archived in time.

 

Quality Control Requirements

1. Construction sequence: first complete the pavement construction of the bridge deck, and then carry out the construction of the anti-collision guardrail.

2. The length of the line should be more than 200 meters each time, and it must be checked and accepted by the supervision engineer; the length of a single construction is subject to the length of the expansion joints of the bridge deck, and the concrete must be continuously poured at one time.

3. Manually remove the cement slurry and other debris, use the road and bridge multifunctional machine to clean, and straighten the embedded steel bars to facilitate the connection with the guardrail steel bars; set the control point not more than 5 meters for the stakeout measurement.

4. The installation of steel bars must meet the requirements of the specification, and the embedded parts such as reflective column steel plates must be positioned accurately and installed firmly.

5. The installation of the template must be firmly fixed, the joints are smooth, the seal is intact, the position is accurate, and the line is straight; during the use of the template, it is strictly forbidden to hit the template with a hammer; it is forbidden to place heavy objects on the template to prevent the template from deforming.

 

The straight beam main pipe of the bridge guardrail formwork installation frame is supported on the bridge deck by the fixed bracket and the movable bracket. The outside of the movable bracket and the end of the straight pipe main beam are connected to the bridge with a hook with a tensioner, and the other end of the straight pipe main beam There is a guardrail template lifter and a hanging basket rack for placing pedals, and the inner side of the hanging basket rack has a hook bridge above the hook angle. Fix the semicircular steel formwork on the ground according to the design height of the pier and level the steps at the interface. It has the characteristics of fast construction progress, greatly reducing manpower and ensuring the appearance quality after construction.

Rubber gaskets surround the pier column; each channel steel hoop piece is fixed with a steel corbel, and both ends of the channel steel hoop piece have a connecting part; the steel corbel on the channel steel hoop piece extends away from the pier column, Used to place the formwork joists of cast-in-place bridges; at least two bolts are used to connect the connecting parts of two-channel steel hoops, and multiple channel steel hoops are connected in pairs to form a ring structure that is tightly attached to the rubber gasket, So as to be fixed relative to the pier column.

The bridge guardrail formwork is the basis to ensure the size and appearance quality of the various parts of the anti-collision bridge guardrail. The formwork must have certain strength and rigidity to ensure that it will not be deformed during construction. Therefore, the installation of the guardrail formwork must be carried out in strict accordance with the standard requirements to ensure that there is no mold running, misalignment, deformation, or slurry leakage during concrete construction, and the appearance of the concrete is guaranteed.

 

Requirements for Installing Guardrail Templates

1. Use special release agent to ensure uniform color and smooth surface.

2. The guardrail cracks are set at the top of the pier and the middle of the span. For those with a span greater than 30m, the cracks can be appropriately added to prevent the stress concentration of the concrete under the driving load and ensure the vertical order of the cracks. The broken seam is broken by foam material, and the end template shall be steel plate.

3. The template joints are pasted on the template joints with plastic tape. The templates are fastened with screws. The joints between the template and the paving layer are filled with sponge materials to ensure tight joints, no leakage, and no pollution. When installing the template, strictly control the error phenomenon.

4. Pre-embed 40cm inner support steel bars at a height of 10cm from the beam surface to ensure the section size of the lower part and tighten it with a tie rod. The top surface is supported by 17cm steel bars, which are tightened with tie rods to ensure the upper section size. The pre-embedded steel bars at a certain distance inside the guardrail are used as the support point of the top pull formwork to firmly support the guardrail formwork to ensure its firmness and stability.

 

Construction Safety Control

1. During the guardrail construction, railings should be installed on the edge of the bridge, and safety nets should be hung. Construction personnel must wear safety helmets when entering the site, and those working on the edge of the bridge must wear safety belts.

2. Fences should be installed at the bridgehead, and non-construction personnel is strictly prohibited to enter.

3. When the guardrail is constructed, a special person will be set up under the bridge for protection and a cordon shall be set.

The construction site should be arranged reasonably, and materials should be stacked in a centralized manner so that the site is tidy. It is strictly forbidden to stack steel bars and templates in the open air. Construction waste should be stacked separately and collected in a timely manner.

 

Quality Inspection Requirements

1. There must be no cracks on the guardrail surface and joints. The dislocation between the concrete guardrail blocks shall not exceed 5mm.

2. The appearance and color of the concrete guardrail are uniform and consistent. The surface area of defects such as honeycomb pitted surface, cracks and peeling shall not exceed 0.5% of the surface area; the depth shall not exceed 10mm.

3. The line of the guardrail is smooth, no obvious convexity is allowed in the straight section, and the curve section should be smooth and smooth, consistent with the line. The top surface should be smooth and beautiful, with a consistent height.
