If the installation height of the formwork project exceeds 3.0m, scaffolding must be erected. Except for the operators, no other people can stand under the scaffolding. When the wind force is level 5 or above, the high-altitude lifting operation should be stopped.

When the flat mold is stored, it should meet the self-stabilizing angle required by the regional conditions. The two large templates should be stored in a plate-to-surface storage method, store the template for a long time, and replace the template with a whole. The large formwork is stored on the construction floor and must have reliable anti-dumping measures. It must not be placed along the outer wall and stored perpendicular to the outer wall. Large formwork without support or insufficient self-stability angle should be stored on a dedicated stacking rack, or stacked flat, and must not lean against other formwork or objects to prevent slipping and falling.

Before lifting the formwork, check whether the lifting ropes, fixtures and the lifting rings on each formwork are intact and effective, and all temporary supports should be removed first, and the lifting can only be done after the inspection is correct.

The drum mold can be transported as a whole with a trailer, or it can be disassembled into a flat mold and transported horizontally by a trailer. When stacking flat molds, the skids must be aligned up and down and tied firmly.

When installing the outer formwork for the cast-in-place structure, the cantilevered load must be fixed, and the position can be adjusted accurately before the hook can be removed. After the outer mold is installed, the pins and bolts must be worn immediately. The operator who installs the outer floor slab must wear a safety belt.

When the formwork is assembled or dismantled, the command, dismantling and hooking personnel must stand in a safe and reliable place to operate. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to lift with the large template.

Before removing the mold and lifting, check whether the wall-piercing pins are clean. Only after there is no omission and the formwork is completely separated from the wall, the hooks should be hung and the ropes tightened before removing the pins when removing the external formwork. And dan. The hook should be vertical to the formwork and not be hung obliquely to prevent collision with adjacent formwork and walls. When removing the hook, keep your hands on the hook. Once the hook is lifted over the head, you can let go. Turn arm.

When installing the large formwork, it should be inside first and then outside. After the single-sided formwork is in place, it should be fixed and supported firmly by brackets. After the double-sided horizontal plate is in place, fix it with tie rods and bolts, and do not remove the hook before it is in place and fixed. After the formwork is installed in place, protective measures should be taken to prevent electric shock, and a special person should be assigned to connect the large formwork in series and connect it with the lightning protection network to prevent leakage of electricity and hurt people.

After the large formwork is removed, the residual concrete on the formwork should be removed in time and a release agent should be applied. When cleaning and brushing the release agent, the  formwork should be temporarily fixed, and the sidewalk with a width of 50-60cm should be reserved between the templates where the board surface is opposite to the parking  formwork,and the top of the formwork should be fixed with a tie rod.
