On the afternoon of the 15th, a special symposium between Rongcheng Group and Antai Jiaotong University was held in the conference room of Rongcheng Group. Lu Caiyin, Executive Vice President of Rongcheng Group and Party Secretary of Rongcheng Xinzhi Institute of Natural Sciences, Chai Shuman, Party Secretary of Rongcheng Group, and Wang Lili, Vice President Yao Tonglei, secretary of the board of directors and director of the organization and personnel department, attended the symposium, and the two sides discussed how to better carry out school-enterprise cooperation. The meeting was hosted by alumni Zhang Ronghua. She introduced the overview of Rongcheng Group to the teachers and students of the college, and deeply reviewed her study time in Antai. After more than 30 years of development, Rongcheng Group has formed three major industry sectors, steel, technology and finance, and cultural health under the vision of building a century-old green Rongcheng.

Regarding how Antai and Rongcheng will cooperate in depth in the future, Zhang Ronghua alumni put forward six ideas,

1. Strengthen school-enterprise talent training and curriculum development, combine with Rongcheng's development reality, strengthen the training of existing talent team and the construction of reserve echelon, and provide talent support for enterprise development;

1. Build a space-time home classroom platform, which is related to existing projects The labor force conducts skill training to help farmers professionalize, cultivate rural construction talents, and help rural revitalization;

Vice President Liu Shaoxuan thanked Rongcheng Group for its meticulous and thoughtful reception. Dean Liu said that many alumni of the Antai School of Economics and Management of Jiaotong University joined in the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic and contributed to the prevention and control of the epidemic. Under the leadership of Zhang Ronghua alumni, Rongcheng Group issued a one-billion Yuan donation to the steel industry to resume work and stabilize production, supply 100 tons of steel for the construction of Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital, and launch a global assistance program to help the world fight the epidemic. What is commendable is that in the difficult times, Rongcheng Group's main business income increased in the first quarter without falling, and the staff income increased by double digits. The college is proud of the alumni charitable deeds and the achievements of the alumni. 2020 is a year where crisis and opportunity coexist. It is an important opportunity for enterprises to turn crisis into opportunity to grasp the general trend of development. Antai College of Economics and Management is willing to strengthen cooperation with Rongcheng Group in terms of technical services and basic services, combine the advantages of both parties, integrate resources from many disciplines, and innovate cooperation mechanisms. In order to realize the common prosperity of schools and enterprises, Dean Liu suggested setting up Rongcheng Group's Industry-University-Research Research Center to actively build a platform. On the morning of the 16th, accompanied by Rongcheng Group Vice President Zhang Lihua and Party Secretary Chai Shuman, Dean Liu and his entourage visited the Times Memory Cultural Industrial Park, Rongcheng Zhiyun, and learned about Rongcheng Group's cultural health and smart logistics. Dean Liu spoke highly of the operating status of the Rongcheng Zhiyun platform, and gave professional advice from the three perspectives of professionalism, precision, and innovation.

On the afternoon of the 16th, Dean Liu and his entourage came to the GOWE Group founded by Yunnaijian alumni, accompanied by Yang Yunpeng, Vice President of GOWE Holdings, and Sun Tao, Vice President of Jiuyun Group. Mr. Yunnaijian introduced the development history of GOWE Group and led everyone to visit the production base of new-type scaffolding in Tianjin GOWE and the 500 acres industrial park under development.
