On September 11, 2015, the China Infrastructure Material Leasing Contracting Association organized a formwork scaffold leasing enterprise rating review team to Tianjin GOWE for on-site audit. Yu Ningqiu, vice president of the Association, serves as the leader of the audit team. The experts of the audit team conducted on-site surveys on the scale of leased property, annual income, quality of leased property, business site and personnel, management and service, etc. according to the standard requirements of the Standard for Classification of formwork Scaffolding Rental Enterprises, and the relevant original records, Accounting vouchers, procedural documents and other materials were reviewed.

The chairman of the company Yun Naijian and the general manager Wang Guangfeng briefly introduced the situation of the company. Tianjin GOWE was established in 2011. It is a subsidiary of GOWE Investment Company, with an investment of 160 million Yuan and nearly 200 employees. The main business includes the production, sales, leasing and construction services of ringlock scaffolding, steel springboards, steel supports, aluminum beams, and table models. From January to July 2015, the sales revenue reached 110 million Yuan, of which domestic and international sales each accounted for 50%. The existing leased property is nearly 30,000 tons, and the old steel pipe fasteners are gradually being replaced with ringlock scaffolding. The leasing model has also gradually shifted from the original single-material leasing to the integration of leasing and engineering contracting to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

After on-site auditing, the audit experts believed that the various indicators of the company were in line with the special-grade enterprise standards and were consistent with the level declared by the company. They agreed that the company was a special-grade enterprise for formwork and scaffolding leasing.
