Scaffolding is an indispensable temporary facility in construction, installation and maintenance. It is erected along with the progress of the project. After the erection is completed, it needs to pass acceptance before it can be put into use.
So when scaffolding is checked and accepted, which items should be checked?
1. Scaffolding Foundation and Foundation Acceptance
1) The construction of the scaffold foundation and foundation must be calculated according to the scaffold erection height and the soil quality of the erection site in accordance with relevant regulations;
2) Whether the foundation and foundation of the scaffold are compacted;
3) Whether the foundation and foundation of the scaffold are level;
4) Whether there is water in the foundation and foundation of the scaffold.
2. Acceptance of Scaffolding Drainage Ditch
1) Scaffolding is set up to remove debris from the site, level it, and make drainage unblocked;
2) The distance between the drainage ditch and the standard outside the scaffolding;
3) The width and slope of the drainage ditch.
3. Acceptance of Scaffolding Board and Base Jack
1) The acceptance of the scaffolding board and base jack is determined according to the height and load capacity of the scaffold;
2) The area and thickness of the scaffolding board must be strictly calculated;
3) The scaffolding support must be placed in the center of the backing plate;
4) The width of the scaffolding support is greater than 100mm, and the thickness shall not be less than 50mm.
4. The Acceptance of The Scaffold Sweeping Pole
1) The sweeping pole must be connected to the standard, the level difference must not be greater than 1m, and the distance from the slope must not be less than 0.5m;
2) The vertical sweeping pole should be fixed on the pole not more than 200mm away from the base with right-angle fasteners;
3) The horizontal sweeping pole should be fixed on the standard immediately below the vertical sweeping pole with right-angle fasteners.
5. The Main Acceptance Standard of Scaffolding
1) The load of the scaffold shall not exceed 300kg/m2, and the special scaffold must be calculated separately;
2) The vertical deviation of the standard should be checked and accepted according to the height of the frame, and the difference should be controlled at the same time;
3) When the standard is extended, except for the top of the top layer, the joints of each step must be connected by butting fasteners, and the joints of the scaffold body should be arranged in a staggered manner;
4) The lager ledger of the scaffolding must be installed continuously, not in the same span, and the lateral ledger of the scaffolding should extend between 10~15cm;
5) The small ledger of the scaffolding should be set at the intersection of the standard and the large crossbar, and it must be connected with the standard using right-angle fasteners and fixed on the longitudinal ledger;
- Fasteners must be used reasonably during the erection of the frame. No substitute or misuse of fasteners is allowed. Fasteners with slippery wires or cracks must not be used in the frame
6.The Acceptance Criteria of Scaffold Boards
1) When scaffolding is completed on the construction site, the scaffold board must be fully laid. The scaffold board must be connected correctly. At the corner of the frame, the scaffold board should be staggered and fastened, and the unevenness should be nailed flat with wooden blocks;
2) The scaffold board of the working layer should be paved, well-paved and tightly bound, and the probe length of the scaffold board at the end 12~15cm away from the wall shall not be greater than 20cm. The scaffold board can be laid by butt jointing or lap joint laying. .
7. Acceptance of Scaffolding and Wall Fittings
1) The two ends of the scaffold must be equipped with connecting wall pieces. The vertical distance between the connecting wall pieces should not be greater than the floor height of the building, and it should not be greater than 4m (two steps). When the lower part of the scaffold cannot be installed with connecting wall pieces, it can be erected. support;
2) For single and double-row scaffolds with a body height of less than 24m, rigid wall fittings should be used to reliably connect to the building. Scaffolding pipes, ties, and top bracing can also be used to connect to the wall and set at both ends. Anti-slip measures;
3) Single and double-row scaffolds with a scaffold body height of more than 24m must be reliably connected to the building with rigid wall fittings;
4) The connecting wall rods or ties in the connecting wall fittings should be installed horizontally. When they cannot be installed horizontally, the end connected to the scaffolding should be connected diagonally and reliably;
5) Connecting wall fittings should be installed from the longitudinal ledger at the bottom of the scaffolding body. Connecting wall fittings should be arranged close to the main node. Rhombus layout is preferred, and square or rectangular layouts can also be used.
8. Acceptance of Scaffolding Scissor Support
1) Scaffolds over 4m must be provided with a pair of scissor supports at both ends of the outer facade, and they should be arranged continuously from bottom to top;
2) Load-bearing and special racks are equipped with multiple continuous scissor supports from bottom to top. Whether the angle of the inclined bar of the scissor supports and the ground is between 45° and 60°, the width of each scissor support should not be less than 4 spans, and It should not be less than 6m.
9. Acceptance of the Scaffolding Up and Down Measures
1) There are two types of scaffolding up and down measures: erecting ladders and erecting "Zhi"-shaped trails or oblique trails;
2) The ladder hanging must be set continuously and vertically from low to high, and it must be fixed once every vertical about 3m, and the top hook must be tied firmly with 8# lead wire;
3) The upper and lower trails must be erected together with the height of the scaffolding. The width of the pedestrian trail should not be less than 1m, the slope is 1:6, the width of the material transport trail should not be less than 1.2m, and the slope is 1:3. The distance between the anti-skid strips is 0.3m, and the height of the anti-skid strips is about 3~5cm.
10. Acceptance of Frame Anti-falling Measures
1) If a safety net needs to be hung on the construction scaffold, the inspection safety net must be flat, firm and complete;
2) A dense mesh net must be provided on the outside of the construction scaffolding, and the dense mesh net must be flat and complete;
Fall prevention measures should be installed every 10~15m of the vertical height of the scaffold, and dense mesh nets should be installed on the outside of the scaffold in time.
