On the morning of March 24, the summary meeting of the launch of the GOWE informatization financial system was held in the conference room of the China Merchants Center. Project Manager Fang Xin, Manager Liu, Consultant Zhang, Cao Gong, Vice President Yang Yunpeng of GOWE, and project team members of Tianjin Company, Shandong Company and Jiangsu Company participated.

At the beginning of the meeting, Duan Changmin, an informatization system administrator, reviewed and shared the entire history of the informatization financial system online, and reported on the following aspects.

　b.Implementation plan and completion status report
　c.Summarized the guarantee for the successful launch of the system,
　d.Checkout relevant document acceptance
　e.Problems that still exist after going online
　f.Later operation and maintenance.

In the meeting, the financial managers of each company made a summary statement on the online informatization financial system, and unanimously agreed on the importance of the preliminary demand research and the necessity of efficient communication. The project party affirmed the work of the group's financial staff, reviewed the project and business in the entire online process of informatization, and pointed out the problems in the process and the financial staff needed to make suggestions for changes in their concepts and habits.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang Yunpeng, vice president of the group, made a concluding remark. 2021 is the first year of our GOWE informatization construction. The finance department is the forerunner and guiding department of informatization construction. Use information as a sample for other projects of the group. In the process of project implementation, the group’s common rules and management requirements should be communicated well in advance, and the demand should not be limited to the status quo. It is necessary to learn from advanced enterprises and enhance their own awareness. The current development situation of the group company is very good, from spontaneous rapid growth to rapid growth in cooperation mode. Group informatization helps enterprises to quickly and quality standardize replication. In this situation, we must improve our own requirements, study hard, and lay a solid foundation, transform from accounting-type finance to business-type finance, enhance its core competitiveness, and help the group take off!
