Liu Nengwen: After nearly 20 years of rapid development, the building leasing and contracting industry has moved from a "growth stage" to a "mature stage". In 2015, the national building assets reached 500 million tons, an increase of 4.4 times over 2005, and an average increase of 17% in 11 years. Data higher than the growth rate of GDP and construction industry output value during the same period are evidence of the rapid development of the industry. As the economy enters a new normal, the industry has shifted from a "mature period" to an "overmature period." At this stage, the main characteristics of the industry are manifested in three aspects. At the industry level, one is reflected in the oversupply of leased materials. In order to obtain orders, the industry lowers prices and lacks a reasonable plan for the application of new products. The second is reflected in the lack of innovation and low total factor productivity. Whether it is a product or a business model, companies in the industry are more imitating, and their independent innovation capabilities are seriously inadequate. At the enterprise level, it is mainly manifested in the increase in factor costs, including labor, land rent, freight, etc., which has led to a decline in business efficiency. In the next few years, we judge that the industry will enter a period of accelerated elimination and integration. A large number of companies will be eliminated or acquired and merged. Companies will stand out and industry concentration will increase. Under this situation, it is even more necessary for entrepreneurs to maintain a calm mind and clear and rational thinking, and to steadily improve business management according to actual conditions, and find ways to survive the economic downturn. The association will also play a leading role, enhance information services, and strengthen work in four aspects. The first is to strengthen industry research and reflect demands in a timely manner. There are two aspects to the definition of building lease contracting abroad. Although the industry is divided into multiple market segments, it has a common operating law, that is, leasing and contracting integrated services. By extending the service chain, it provides a full set of integrated services covering material supply, construction site management and technical services, and engineering scheme design, so that enterprises can stand at the top of the industry chain and develop in a healthy and sustainable manner. Second, we need to understand what the end user's needs are. No matter what kind of product we provide, our purpose is to help construction companies solve construction problems. It is better to make an on-the-spot investigation and understanding in the office to make a detailed work and do a good job. Our industry is clearly different from other industries, such as mechanical engineering. The technical value of excavators, elevators, tower cranes and other products has been determined by more than 90% when they leave the factory. Sun Chenglin: I think that the advantages of foreign mold base companies or joint ventures compared with domestic mold base companies are that they have a strict quality standard management system and service capabilities. As a European holding company, Yunnan Hercules needs to receive certification, annual inspection and training from German professional welding institutions every year. The professional contracting model has not formed a trend in the state of the industry's development, but only a point and a partial development. As for the development problems facing the industry, I think it is prominent in the following three aspects: First, the phenomenon of improper price competition is serious. Especially after the new products came out and put on the market, everyone rushed to keep the prices down, making the rents of the new products quickly drop to a lower level. In fact, any product has a certain life cycle, and unreasonable competition will interfere with the original development cycle and ecology of the product. Like aluminum alloy formwork, the rent of the new support system has been reduced to a very low level, and there is no normal profit margin. In order to survive, many companies either cut corners and make fuss on materials; or they reduce service quality and save labor costs, which is very detrimental to the long-term development of the company. The second is weak service capabilities. At present, the business mentality of the entire industry is relatively impetuous and speculation is serious. It is recommended that companies that are aspiring to grow bigger and stronger should settle down and not be "kidnapped" by capital, and to meet the needs of customers as the starting point to strengthen their own comprehensive capacity building. In fact, whether it is a new product or a traditional product, there is no difference in itself. According to engineering differences, the comparative advantages of different products can be reflected. Therefore, innovation must not only be in product innovation, but also in business and management models. Innovation may be ‘finding death’, but non-innovation can only be ‘waiting for death’. Generally speaking, enterprise development is divided into four stages: domestic market development and growth-internationalization-multinational companies-global companies. We must have a strategic positioning, plan and then move forward, examine the industry cycle from a strategic perspective, and choose the corresponding development path according to the actual situation of the company. For companies interested in entering overseas markets, they must not only innovate, but also manage with care, because the international market rejects opportunism. Combining my own experience, I will share my understanding of management with everyone: management itself is a kind of value creation, its foundation comes from practice, its essence is not knowledge but action, and its verification lies not in logic but in results, that is, through planning. , Organization, coordination, and control create value.
