Only by realizing the strong sense of responsibility and mission of the pioneers in the industry, product quality and guaranteed service can the market be maintained. The credibility and future of Ringlock system are controlled by every component, every assembly, and every link in the industry chain. As early as 1991 Sun Zhensheng, Zhang Liangjie and other formwork experts with me went to Germany to investigate, and at the same time inspected the ringlock system scaffolding. In 1995, a development zone in Wuxi City was preparing to introduce the German Hunabeck Formwork Company. I accompanied the leaders of the development zone to Germany to discuss cooperation and build a factory, and signed an agreement. In 1996, several experts came from Germany to select the site of the factory, and discussed the development of several products. Among them is MODEX scaffolding, also known as ringlock system scaffolding.

At that time, our country was vigorously promoting cuplock system scaffolding. I discussed the advantages and disadvantages of Ringlock system and cuplock system with German experts, 

1. Each rosette of the Ringlock system can be connected to 8 ledgers and diagonal brace while the cuplock has only 4;

2. Each ledger can be individually connected. Demolition, assembly and disassembly speed is fast, safe and reliable. To remove each ledger of the cuplock, the upper cuplock needs to be opened and closed again, which is laborious and time-consuming. In the 1990s, Ringlock systems were the dominant scaffolding in Europe, and cuplock were rarely used.

In the late 1990s, our country began to introduce or develop ringlock. At the beginning of the 21st century, many scaffolding companies were established in our country. For example, there are more than 160 scaffolding companies in Wuxi. Since the domestic market has not yet opened up, most of the companies are processing for foreign companies. In addition, the establishment of a factory in cooperation with Germany was not successful because the steel quality and processing technology level of our country at that time could not meet their requirements! Our country's steel and processing quality have been greatly improved, and the advantages of Ringlock system can be further fully utilized.

Therefore, it is reasonable to vigorously promote the application of ringlock system, and it is an inevitable process of the development of scaffolding technology!

Yun Naijian

It is tantamount to killing chickens to get eggs, it will cause huge damage to the entire industry, and even reduce the life cycle of the product in China.

Therefore, in order to maintain the healthy development of the ringlock system scaffolding industry, it is recommended that industry associations and practitioners should mainly work in the following aspects.

First, speed up the revision and implementation of industry standards. The current industry standards and local standards did not give full play to the advantages of the products, resulting in a huge waste of material and labor costs, and at the same time gave some low-quality products room for survival.

Secondly, actively recommending professional construction services in the ringlock system scaffolding industry, allowing users of the product to take the initiative to pay attention to the quality of the product, so that the inferior ringlock products have no market.
