On the afternoon of Monday, March 19, 2018, the JL1 bid Director Office organized a special plan review meeting for the cast-in-situ beams of the Zentan Auxiliary Road Viaduct in the meeting room of the S1 Project Department. The plan adopts the new type of ringlock support system method for cast-in-place construction. After the specially invited experts conducted demonstration and review on the preparation basis, plan content, safety measures, calculations and check calculation basis, basic conditions of safe construction, relevant construction drawings and acceptance requirements, it was agreed in principle that the plan should be approved after modification and improvement.

The meeting was hosted by the JL1 Bid Director Mu Daiping, the Quality Safety Section of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the leaders of the Guangfo Zhao Company, the Quality and Safety Department, the owners’ representative, the design representative, the JL1  Bid Director’s Office resident group leader, measurement, test, safety supervision engineer, JC1  Bid. The person in charge of the central laboratory, S1 Bid project manager, chief engineer, measurement, test supervisor, and safety director attended the review meeting.

Before the meeting, the JL1 Bid Director's Office carefully organized the S1 Bid Project Department to prepare the plan. On the afternoon of Saturday, March 17, a site survey of the cast-in-place beam scheme was organized.

On March 18, the JL1 Standard Director's Office organized the inspection, construction unit and the ringlock system manufacturer Tianjin GOWE to review the special plan.
