On the morning of March 13, the launch meeting for the CRM project of GOWE Group was held in the conference room of Merchants Center. Project Manager Fang Xin, Cao Gong, Group Vice Presidents Mr. Yang Yunpeng, Mr. Yun Mingbo and members of the company's project team participated.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Yang Yunpeng, vice president of the group, made a speech. The launch of the CRM project meets the development needs of the group’s strategic business systemization and management standardization. All departments must improve the project’s understanding of informationization and non-electronicization. The CRM system is used as a management tool. The ultimate goal is to achieve management goal. The project implementation is result-oriented, and the project is implemented strictly in accordance with the project implementation time node. It will be put into trial operation at the beginning of May, and it will be maturely used at the end of May to achieve target requirements and functions.

During the meeting, the project owner Xin explained the following aspects of the project one by one, the value the project brings to the company, the main business requirements of GOWE group, the main goal of the project construction, the project implementation plan strategy, the project team division of labor, the project communication plan, key time nodes for project implementation.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yun Mingbo (project team leader), vice president of the group, made a concluding speech. GOWE Group is currently in the stage of large-scale and rapid development, and management urgently needs to keep up. It is imperative to improve management efficiency with the help of management tools, the CRM system is the first step in Tianjin. The pilot must be successful, after mature application, other subsidiaries of the group will replicate and run; 2021 is the first year of the group's informatization construction, and the CRM system will be connected to the ERP system in the later stage to open up the information management channel.
