(1) Construction requirements
1. In the construction phase of the structure, a single-row outer rack of fastener steel pipes is used.
2. In the decoration stage, a single-row outer rack of fastener steel pipes is used.
3. Before construction, organize safety personnel and scaffolders to carefully review the drawings, be familiar with the drawings, master the construction requirements of the project for scaffolding, and formulate detailed targeted and operable technical explanations according to the actual situation of the project structure. The key units shall make an on-site confession and determine the construction method on the spot. At the same time, the construction team put forward project quality requirements and project schedule requirements.
4. Provide a special material storage space for the construction team that puts up a rack.
5. Due to the small size of the construction site, carefully calculate the number of materials (such as rack pipes, dense mesh nets, safety nets, color striped cloth, etc.) required for each section of the shelf, and enter the site as needed. Try to ensure that there are fewer shelf materials on site. Those that meet the requirements will be temporarily stacked in a dedicated warehouse and padded with wooden squares.
6. After the rack tubes and other materials enter the site, the quality will be carefully checked on site, and the materials that do not meet the requirements will be returned immediately.
7. The inner scaffolding adopts a bowl-buckle scaffold that can be assembled and disassembled flexibly.
8. Before scaffolding is constructed, a detailed construction plan shall be prepared and submitted to relevant departments for approval before construction can be carried out.
(2) The design and construction method of the outer shelf
