On June 21, 2014, the inauguration ceremony of GOWE College was held in the training room on the third floor of GOWE Industry. The company leaders who attended the ceremony were Mr. Yun Naijian, Group President and CEO, and Group President Assistant and Human Resources Director. Mr. Li Wei, Mr. Wang Guangfeng, Executive Deputy General Manager of GOWE, Mr. Lan Hua, Deputy Production Manager of GOWE, Mr. Lin Yucheng, Chief Engineer of GOWE, Ms. Huang Haiyan, General Manager of International Trade Department of GOWE, Mr. Weikai Shen, Chief Engineer of GOWE Lide, etc. The trainees are all colleagues from the technical, engineering  and sales department of GOWE Lide and GOWE Industrial.

First, Mr. Yun, the president and CEO of GOWE Group, gave a speech for the establishment of GOWE Academy. He started from his own growth process, emphasizing the importance of learning in one’s growth. He said, GOWE is just starting now, and it is still a small company, but as long as we persevere in diligence and continue to learn and progress at work, GOWE will definitely become bigger and stronger. He has high hopes for GOWE College. We look forward to having the opportunity to a training by Mr. Yun.

Immediately after that, our GOWE College officially opened the first training course. The first training instructor to give us a lecture was Mr. Shen, Chief Engineer of GOWE Lide. He mainly introduced GOWE ringlock scaffolding and compared the advantages and disadvantages of ringlock scaffolding with other types. Later, the quotation for construction  project  was analyzed in detail at the request of everyone. Some  sales and engineering people also asked questions about technical issues at work. The whole course is relatively interactive.

The morning course ends at 12 o'clock, and at 13:30 in the afternoon, lawyer Gao, the group's legal manager, taught us the course Legal Risk Prevention of Construction Equipment Rental Contracts. Attorney Gao's lectures are humorous and lively.  The legal risks during the contract signing worth attention are listed and explained one by one. Although it is easy to get sleepy in the afternoon, enthusiasm for listening to classes has been high, and there are bursts of laughter from time to time in the class.

The last lecturer is from Mr. Lin, the chief engineer of GOWE. He introduced to us the scaffolding structure, design and quotation  in more details. Mr. Lin's training moisturizes things silently, and explains the training content in a meticulous and professional manner. He conducted comprehensive technical knowledge training for trainees from engineering, design and sales department.

At 17:30 in the afternoon, our training course ended successfully. At the request of the trainees, Mr. Lin took everyone to the workshop and explained the whole production process of the company's products in detail. All trainees, especially new employees, have benefited a lot. Thank you very much for the hard training of the three lecturers.
