4.4.8 When fastener steel pipes are used as tall formwork supports, the following requirements should still be met:

6.9.3 The full house support frame should be set with scissors support according to the type of frame body, and should meet the following requirements:
Ordinary type:
1) Continuous vertical scissor braces should be set from bottom to top every 5m-8m on the outer periphery and internal longitudinal and lateral sides of the frame, and the width of the scissor braces should be 5m-8m (Figure 6.9.3-1) .
2) A continuous horizontal scissor support should be set at the intersection plane at the top of the vertical scissor support. 2. Enhanced:
1) When the vertical and horizontal spacing of the vertical poles is 0.9m×0.9m~1.2m×1.2m, every 4 spans (and not more than 5m) on the outer periphery and inside of the frame shall be arranged continuously from the bottom to the top. For vertical scissor support, the width of the scissor support should be 4 spans.

6.3.2 The scaffold must be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods. The vertical sweeping pole should be fixed on the pole not more than 200mm away from the bottom end of the steel pipe with right-angle fasteners. 6.3.3 When the foundation of the scaffold pole is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping pole at the high place must be extended to the low place by two spans and fixed with the pole. 1. The design basis of the safety formwork support. The mechanical calculation of the support formwork is calculated with the support mold with sweeping pole as the calculation mode. In the mode with sweeping pole, the mechanical calculation of the foot of the vertical pole is calculated according to the fixed hinge. If there is no sweeping pole, only one degree of freedom in the vertical direction is constrained. In the horizontal plane, there is only the friction constraint between the steel pipe and the ground. The constraint is very limited, because the frictional resistance of each pole is actually different and insufficient. To constrain the horizontal displacement of the vertical rod, it is easy to cause the vertical rod to "run" and it is difficult to form a fixed hinge. In this way, the actual mechanical condition of the bracket is inconsistent with the original calculation mode. Therefore, even if the formwork support is calculated to be safe, it becomes unsafe or seriously unsafe due to the displacement of the bottom of the pole.
Setting the sweeping rod can effectively increase the overall rigidity of the formwork bracket, and make the force of the vertical rod tend to be even. That is to say, the poles can work together effectively to improve the bearing capacity, and at the same time, it can avoid the phenomenon that the rigidity of the local support is too small and the deformation is too large, which affects the stability of the entire support.
3.For the bottom formwork support, the sweeping rod can avoid the phenomenon of large local deformation of the foundation that will cause the stability of the entire formwork to decrease. As a similar analogy, there is no problem with two people carrying a load of 200 jin, but as long as one slips one foot, the load may fall over. Once the formwork collapses, even if it does not collapse as a whole, it will cause significant losses.
